So that you know exactly what happens after your order, we have summarized all the important information about shipping and delivery here. It is important to us that you are always transparently informed – from the order to the arrival of your package.

Processing & Shipping

Once your order has been received, it will be processed as quickly as possible, carefully packed, and prepared for shipping. Processing and shipping your order usually takes approx. 1–3 business days.

During this time, we check your order, put it together, and hand it over to our shipping service provider. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your package has left our warehouse – if tracking is available, you will find the corresponding link directly in this email.

Delivery Time

After your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, the estimated delivery time is approx. 4–7 business days. The exact duration may vary slightly depending on the delivery region, the shipping service provider's workload, and the current shipping situation.

Possible Delays

We do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. However, in individual cases, delays may occur that are outside our direct control. Possible reasons include:

  • particularly high order volumes, for example during promotional periods, on public holidays, or in the pre-Christmas period
  • delays or bottlenecks with the shipping service provider
  • weather conditions, strikes, or other logistical restrictions
  • incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
  • customs-related or regional delivery particularities

Should a longer delay occur, we ask for your patience – in the vast majority of cases, your order is still on its way to you. If you feel that your delivery is taking significantly longer than usual, you can contact us at any time. We will take care of it as quickly as possible and find a solution together.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive the tracking link with your shipping confirmation by email. This allows you to conveniently track the current status of your delivery online. Please note that after receiving the shipping confirmation, it may take a few hours before the first tracking status is visible.

Correct Delivery Address & Acceptance of Shipment

Please carefully check your delivery address when ordering so that your package arrives without detours. An incorrect or incomplete address can lead to delays or a failed delivery. If you notice an error in the address after your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can adjust the details – provided the package has not yet been shipped.

Damaged or Incomplete Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us promptly. Ideally, have your order number ready and – if possible – a photo of the damaged goods or packaging. This allows us to quickly review the case and find a suitable solution for you.
